12.包上锡纸两头捏紧,(烤箱200度预热)

13.把鸡腿卷加入烤盘里先烤15分钟、15分钟后取出把锡纸打开,再刷上用一比一蜂蜜和红烧酱油调和的酱料再进烤箱烤15分钟即可

1.泡糯米室温偏高要进冰箱冷藏,这样不容易变质
2.炒好的糯米饭虽然米粒不是涨开,但是已经是可以食用的,这样再经过烤制过程会全部涨开
